The idea for this was to substitute the sweetness of marshmallows with Koji Milk and it did the trick! It also helps that koji milk has a nice white creamy texture, which is very reminiscent of marshmallows! You can alternatively mash your sweet potatoes and add koji milk to make a creamier sweeter sweet potato mash!

Follow These Steps!
Scrub sweet potatoes to get ride of any dirt and pat dry with a clean towel.
Line a baking sheet with foil and poke a few holes into the sweet potato to help reduce baking times.
Bake your potato until tender – approximately 40 minutes.
Drizzle koji milk and sprinkle cinnamon over the baked sweet potato as desired.
