Sea salt is infused with our Koji Aminos and slowly dehydrated to preserve enzyme activity. It is then blended with local California garlic that has fermented into black garlic over a one-month period. Finally, the black garlic is slowly dehydrated and ground to make this salt. 

This salt is truly a labor of love and jars are very limited. 

This is the perfect seasoning for any occasion.
