A modern miso fermented with organic cashews instead of soybeans. This is reminiscent of vegan cheese, and is great on its own as a spread, or in soups, pasta, baking applications, dressings, or marinating proteins.
Ingredients: Organic cashews, organic koji rice (Lundberg Family Farms), sea salt.
