Koji Soy Sauce
A double-fermented soy sauce that is slightly sweeter and thicker than a normal soy sauce due to the addition of sweet rice koji. Can be used to cure proteins, make your own pickles, as a dipping sauce, or as a topping for vanilla ice cream. This soy sauce knows no bounds and is our top selling product.
Ingredients: Organic koji rice (Lundberg Family Farms), soybean, wheat, salt.
