Gluten Free Split Pea "Soy" Sauce
Using the same method of traditional soy sauce making, we substituted the soybeans for organic yellow split peas, and wheat for millet. This is a perfect soy and gluten-free alternative to your typical soy sauce. This is one of our favorite creations thus far and bottles are limited.
Ingredients: Organic yellow split peas, organic millet, sea salt.
