Koji Garlic Pickles
After enduring a 7-day traditional preservation process, we have delicious soy sauce koji cucumbers available! These pickles are perfect as a snack or on top of rice bowls, sushi rolls, tacos, salads, sandwiches, or anything else you can think of. These will last in the fridge, if you don’t eat them all at once.
Ingredients: Chinese cucumbers, Gilroy garlic, radish, koji soy sauce, chili pepper, star anise, licorice, rice vinegar, sugar.
