Koji Salt with Porcini Mushroom & Garlic
Pink Himalayan sea salt is infused with koji and then slowly dehydrated to preserve enzyme activity. It is blended with wild foraged northern California porcini mushrooms personally foraged by us, and Burlap and Barrel purple stripe garlic. This is the perfect seasoning for the holidays and throughout the year.
Furikake means to sprinkle; sprinkle over rice, fish, avocado toast, noodles, vegetables, popcorn, fries or anything you would like to add a little umami flavor. Our furikake is made with dehydrated soy sauce koji, Icelandic kelp from Burlap and Barrel, roasted sesame seeds, nori, and pink Himalayan salt.
