Rocoto Pepper Premium Reserve Miso

Roasted rocoto peppers from Stepladder Ranch & Creamery are fermented with San Francisco grown koji, organic heirloom rice from Koda Farms, and organic red lentils. This miso is part of our premium reserve batches and only available in very limited amounts.


Tasting Notes: Spicy, smoky, bright, caramelized apple.

Ingredients: Organic red lentils, organic kokuho rose rice, rocoto peppers, sea salt, water, koji culture.

      • Upcoming Pickup Times - Keep an eye out for an email or text message from us! We reach out every Wednesday to arrange and confirm your pick up time. Our weekly pick up times are generally during the week during regular business hours. 

    3. DELIVERY for select areas in the San Francisco Bay Area only
      • Cost: $15 per order*

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
