Urfa and ancho chiles from Tierra Vegetables (Santa Rosa, CA) are fermented with San Francisco grown koji, organic heirloom rice from Koda Farms, and creamy Alubia Blanca beans from Rancho Gordo.
 
Tasting Notes: Fruity, rich, mild spice.

Ingredients: Rancho Gordo large alubia blanca beans, organic kokuho rose rice, Urfa chile peppers, Ancho chile peppers, sea salt, water, koji culture.

      • Upcoming Pickup Times - Keep an eye out for an email or text message from us! We reach out every Wednesday to arrange and confirm your pick up time. Our weekly pick up times are generally during the week during regular business hours. 

    3. DELIVERY for select areas in the San Francisco Bay Area only

      • Cost: $15 per order*

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
