Walnut "Soy" Sauce
Using the same method of traditional soy sauce making, we substituted the soybeans for roasted walnuts. This is a great nutty alternative to your typical soy sauce. The walnuts were upcycled and sourced from La Tourangelle, a local oil producer based in Berkeley, CA after they were defatted from oil production.
Ingredients: Roasted walnuts, organic wheat, sea salt.
