
Black Garlic Miso Bread
Miso Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- ½ baguette, sliced lengthwise
- 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 tbsp @sharedcultures Black Garlic Modern Miso
- 1 stalk scallions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, miso, and chopped scallions until well combined.
- Place the sliced baguette on a baking tray, cut side up.
- Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the surface of the bread.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 6–7 minutes, until the butter is melted and the bread begins to crisp.
- Broil on low for 3–4 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
