Featuring Shared Cultures Black Garlic Miso

Ingredients
  • ½ baguette, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Shared Cultures Black Garlic Miso
  • 1 stalk scallions, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, miso, and chopped scallions until well combined.
  3. Place the sliced baguette on a baking tray, cut side up.
  4. Spread the miso butter mixture evenly over the surface of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 6–7 minutes, until the butter is melted and the bread begins to crisp.
  7. Broil on low for 3–4 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
