Miso Corn Cheese Toast

This is a fun, easy way to jazz up your meal. It comes together in under 10 minutes with just a handful of ingredients. Torching adds a smoky flavor, but if you don’t have a torch, just pop it under the broiler for a minute!

Ingredients
- Toasted sourdough bread
- 1 cup canned corn, drained
- 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp @sharedcultures miso (Morel Mushroom Miso used here)
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Scallions, for garnish
Method
- In a bowl, mix together corn, mayo, and miso until well combined.
- Spoon the corn mixture onto toasted sourdough.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Use a kitchen torch to lightly char the top—or broil for about 1 minute until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped scallions and serve warm.
