Slowly collected from our Black garlic miso, this tamari is thick and dense, reminiscent of an aged balsamic vinegar that resembles a rich molasses. Complex in flavor and high in umami, this tamari is a culinary delight. True tamari is made from miso fermentation and the yield is always very limited and special.
