Whenever the butter bean miso is available I'll make sure to get one. The miso is one of the milder ones in Shared Cultures inventory. I like how creamy it tastes and how well it goes in soups, salad dressings, miso butters. Next up for me is the miso basque cheese cake recipe from their website.
I love this Butter Bean White Miso! I add it to salad dressing, and add it to sauces for oven roasted veggies. The quality and consistency is excellent and dependable.
