This very limited, special project miso is handcrafted with beautifully flavorful taro root, San Francisco-grown koji, Koda Farms' organic heirloom rice, and organic adzuki beans.
Tasting Notes: Vanilla, creamy, chestnuts.
Ingredients: Organic adzuki beans, taro root, organic kokuho rose rice, sea salt, water, koji culture.
