Black Garlic Miso Tuna Salad
This no-cook miso tuna salad is perfect for days when you don’t wanna turn on your stove. Canned tuna is mixed together with our black garlic miso (our best seller!), sun dried tomatoes, and a handful of other ingredients to create the most creamy and delicious tuna salad. It’s ideal to enjoy on toast, crackers or with lettuce. Let us know if you try it!

Ingredients:
1 can tuna (5 oz), drained
¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
1-2 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp mayo
2 tsp @sharedcultures black garlic miso
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
⅛ tsp dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Serve with:
Side of veg (cherry tomatoes, cucumbers)
Toasted bread
Crackers
Lettuce
Method:
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Serve with your choice of sides. Enjoy!
