Shared Cultures ships to all 50 U.S. states. We do our very best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that a street address is needed, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, and AP addresses.
Our shipping rates are based on weight (with insulation and ice packs) and shipment destination (utilizing USPS real-time shipping). We don't mark shipping up, it is directly from USPS. The number of items in your order will impact the shipping rate (HI and AK may have additional rates applied). Your estimated shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
Customers will be notified via email with your order tracking number when items are starting to be processed.
Our products are packed with the utmost care and attention. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be home on the day of delivery to guarantee packaging and product quality. If in doubt, we encourage orders to be delivered to a business or commercial address. FedEx will not require a signature upon delivery and will leave the package on your doorstep if you are not home to receive it. To enjoy the full freshness and flavor of our products, we advise refrigerating the products immediately.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products. We take pride in our customer service. We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your order from Shared Cultures. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products or service, let us know and we will either promptly issue an appropriate replacement or a certificate to redeem on a future order.
Shared Cultures is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of an incorrect address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
