This collection brings together three handcrafted ferments that showcase the character of Northern California’s summer harvest:

Corn Miso (6 oz. Jar): Slowly roasted and caramelized Brentwood corn is fermented with San Francisco-grown koji, Koda Farms' organic heirloom rice, and creamy Rancho Gordo butter beans. Miso Style: White. Tasting Notes: Sweet, salty, nutty, coffee, brown sugar.

Espelette Pepper Miso (6 oz. Jar): Espelette peppers from Tierra Vegetables (Santa Rosa, CA) are sun-dried and fermented with San Francisco-grown koji, organic heirloom rice from Koda Farms, and California corona beans from Rancho Gordo. Miso Style: White. Tasting Notes: Fruity, sun-dried tomatoes, floral.

Three Sisters Miso (6 oz. Jar): This very limited, special project miso honors The Three Sisters (maize, beans, and squash) which are planted together in a shared space. This tradition of companion planting was developed through agricultural practices by various Indigenous peoples of Central and North America. This practice allows the three crops to nourish and sustain each other as they grow. Miso Style: Yellow. Tasting Notes: Hearty, nutty, maple, zesty.
