Espelette Pepper Modern Miso

Espelette peppers from Tierra Vegetables (Santa Rosa, CA) are fermented with California heirloom koji rice and Flageolet beans from Rancho Gordo to create a miso that is spicy, creamy, and umami with medium heat. This miso is fruity and rich with notes of sundried tomatoes and smoke.

Ingredients: Rancho Gordo Flageolet beans, organic kokuho rose rice,  espelette peppers from Tierra Vegetables, sea salt, water, koji culture.

      • Upcoming Pickup Times - Keep an eye out for an email or text message from us! We reach out every Wednesday to arrange and confirm your pick up time. Our weekly pick up times are generally during the week during regular business hours. 

    3. DELIVERY for select areas in the San Francisco Bay Area only
      • Cost: $15 per order*

      • We typically deliver orders on Thursdays. We will reach out to you directly and schedule your delivery time.
