I love everything I bought in my first order. Some more than others. I especially loved the wild foraged leek, the Mirepoix Miso, Morel, and Miso Caramel. I will be delighted to keep trying more of Eleana's magic discoveries and foraged delights. Such vitality and health inspired culinary treasures. I long to try the YUZU and the Chanterelle mushroom.
I'm obsessed with Shared Cultures misos. I layer this as a spread on wraps and toasts, mix into hummus, toss into salads, adds salt and umami to all the things. I like to keep a variety of flavors on hand. This one is very savory. I will use honeynut, cashew or similar when I want to add more of a sweet/cheesy flavor.
This miso is really tasty and I’m so glad I decided to give it a go and try it out! It has a broad depth of flavor that brings a nice mushroom-miso-umami to anything you add it to. Highly recommend!
Fantastic Product!
This miso paste is so rich and delicious. Along with all the others I’ve tried this miso has elevated my meals and the flavors in my kitchen so much! What a great company
